I’m Amir Ali, Vice President of Risk Management at Branch Insurance Group (BIG). With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve had the privilege of working across both employee benefits and commercial insurance, building expertise in risk strategy, compliance, and client advisory. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to helping businesses navigate uncertainty with confidence by aligning tailored risk solutions with their long-term goals.

What excites me most about my role at BIG is the opportunity to help strengthen and scale our commercial lines department, ensuring we have the infrastructure, strategy, and discipline to support clients nationwide. For me, risk management is more than policies and processes—it’s about creating clarity and stability so businesses can thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

On a personal note, I live by the belief that while motivation can come and go, discipline will always remain true. That mindset, combined with the energy and talent of the BIG team, makes me feel like I’ve joined a true championship organization. I began my journey in the insurance industry in my early twenties as a producer. While life led me down a few different paths for a time, I found my way back to insurance about eight years ago—and I’m so glad I did. Each day, I’m motivated by the opportunity to connect with clients, really get to know their needs, and help them understand the “why” behind their coverage. I take pride in making what can feel like a complicated industry a little more approachable and a lot more meaningful for the people and businesses I serve.

I grew up in Vancouver, Washington, and bring a down-to-earth, relationship-focused approach to my work. My goal is always to build trust and provide clarity, whether I’m breaking down a policy or helping a business navigate a new stage of growth. Insurance is not just about protection—it’s about peace of mind, and I’m grateful to play a part in that for my clients.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find me with an audiobook playing, trying out new gardening ideas, or out walking with my dogs. I also grew up riding and showing horses—a big part of my life that taught me responsibility and a love for the outdoors. On weekends, you can bet I’m out exploring somewhere new, taking scenic drives and discovering hidden gems.

Hi, I’m Numair Manzoor Khan, and I’m proud to be part of the Branch Insurance Group team. I grew up across Dubai, Pakistan, and Canada, which gave me a unique perspective on life and people. For the past five years, I’ve worked in insurance, managing everything from quotes and claims to endorsements and account remarketing. While I’m not a licensed agent, I handle much of the behind-the-scenes work to make sure our clients receive the best coverage at the best possible rates.

What excites me most about my work is knowing that we’re truly helping our community and focusing on quality over quantity. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my four-year-old daughter Sophie, gaming with friends, meeting new people, and, of course, indulging in my love of chocolate (white chocolate doesn’t count!). Giving back is also important to me, whether it’s donating meals, blankets, or wheelchairs to those in need.

Hi, I’m Quamir Branch, a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative with Branch Insurance Group. As a lifelong Las Vegas resident, I have a deep appreciation for the businesses and entrepreneurs that help our community thrive. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University, and I bring a strong foundation in business operations, client service, and problem-solving to every interaction.

My role is centered on supporting commercial insurance clients with the attention, responsiveness, and professionalism they deserve. I take pride in helping business owners navigate their insurance needs and ensuring they have a trusted resource they can rely on when questions arise. Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service are at the heart of everything I do.

Having lived and worked in Las Vegas my entire life, I understand the value of community and the importance of protecting the businesses that drive our local economy. Outside of work, you’ll often find me working on cars or helping friends and family with restoration projects. I am the Department Manager for Commercial Lines at Branch Insurance Group, where I bring decades of insurance experience and a passion for helping businesses protect what they have worked hard to build. With a career spanning more than 40 years in the insurance industry, including the last 27 years focused on commercial insurance, I specialize in helping small and mid-sized businesses navigate their insurance needs with confidence.

Born in Chicago and raised in Kokomo, Indiana, I have lived in several communities across the country, including Green Bay, Wisconsin and Naples, Florida, before making Tucson, Arizona my home. My educational background includes undergraduate coursework at Ball State University and Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, which helped establish the foundation for my long and rewarding career in insurance.

My insurance journey began at a young age, working in personal lines during junior high and later supporting commercial accounts throughout high school and college. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in personal insurance, commercial insurance, claims, client service, agency operations, and team leadership. Today, I focus on commercial lines insurance, helping business owners understand complex coverage options and develop insurance solutions that support their long-term success.

I hold an Arizona Property & Casualty License as well as a Florida Non-Resident License. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to providing dependable service, building lasting client relationships, and helping businesses make informed insurance decisions.

What I enjoy most about my work is partnering with business owners and serving as a trusted resource for their insurance needs. There is nothing more rewarding than helping clients feel protected and confident as they grow their companies. Having lived and worked in Tucson for many years, I value the opportunity to support local businesses and contribute to the success of our community.

Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, watching movies, volunteering, and baking cakes for children’s cancer and hospice organizations. Much of my free time is spent with my son and my beloved pets, including my 165-pound Great Pyrenees service dog and two cats. I am also actively involved with organizations that support houseless individuals and their pets, as well as local animal rescue groups. Giving back to people and animals in need is an important part of who I am.
