Quincy was born in Long Beach, CA, but grew up in New Orleans, LA. He has his BS in Business Administration from UNLV.

He also participated in the Goldman Sachs 10k Small Businesses Entrepreneurship program at Babson College.

Quincy has been in the insurance industry since 2002, when he started working as a file clerk in his father’s agency. Since then, he has served on various boards and has been recognized numerous times as a leader in the insurance industry. Quincy loves meeting with businesses and teaching them how insurance is more than just a line item expense but more so a business resource and asset protection.

He excels in aligning technology with business goals, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and managing large-scale IT projects, such as cloud migration strategies and cybersecurity enhancements.
With a strong educational foundation, O’Shea holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.

When an opportunity for help presents itself, I’m always willing to help and assist someone else in achieving their goal. My experience comes from the clerical side of things. I’ve worked in an administrative role for the past 11 years.

Outside of work, any spare time spent with family is always the best! I love to shop, particularly for shoes. Retail therapy is just that, therapy! If the weather is nice, you can find me at an outdoor mall, and if not, I’m home watching movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime.

When possible, I like to support non-profit organizations by participating in 1-3 mile walks.

I’m Amir Ali, Vice President of Risk Management at Branch Insurance Group (BIG). With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve had the privilege of working across both employee benefits and commercial insurance, building expertise in risk strategy, compliance, and client advisory. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to helping businesses navigate uncertainty with confidence by aligning tailored risk solutions with their long-term goals.

What excites me most about my role at BIG is the opportunity to help strengthen and scale our commercial lines department, ensuring we have the infrastructure, strategy, and discipline to support clients nationwide. For me, risk management is more than policies and processes—it’s about creating clarity and stability so businesses can thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

On a personal note, I live by the belief that while motivation can come and go, discipline will always remain true. That mindset, combined with the energy and talent of the BIG team, makes me feel like I’ve joined a true championship organization. Much like my favorite sports icons—Michael Jordan, who I share a birthday with, and Kobe Bryant, my all-time favorite—I believe great teams are built on excellence, consistency, and culture. I began my journey in the insurance industry in my early twenties as a producer. While life led me down a few different paths for a time, I found my way back to insurance about eight years ago—and I’m so glad I did. Each day, I’m motivated by the opportunity to connect with clients, really get to know their needs, and help them understand the “why” behind their coverage. I take pride in making what can feel like a complicated industry a little more approachable and a lot more meaningful for the people and businesses I serve.

I grew up in Vancouver, Washington, and bring a down-to-earth, relationship-focused approach to my work. My goal is always to build trust and provide clarity, whether I’m breaking down a policy or helping a business navigate a new stage of growth. Insurance is not just about protection—it’s about peace of mind, and I’m grateful to play a part in that for my clients.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find me with an audiobook playing, trying out new gardening ideas, or out walking with my dogs. I also grew up riding and showing horses—a big part of my life that taught me responsibility and a love for the outdoors. On weekends, you can bet I’m out exploring somewhere new, taking scenic drives and discovering hidden gems.

Numair Manzoor Khan

Hi, I’m Numair Manzoor Khan, and I’m proud to be part of the Branch Insurance Group team. I grew up across Dubai, Pakistan, and Canada, which gave me a unique perspective on life and people. For the past five years, I’ve worked in insurance, managing everything from quotes and claims to endorsements and account remarketing. While I’m not a licensed agent, I handle much of the behind-the-scenes work to make sure our clients receive the best coverage at the best possible rates.

What excites me most about my work is knowing that we’re truly helping our community and focusing on quality over quantity. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my four-year-old daughter Sophie, gaming with friends, meeting new people, and, of course, indulging in my love of chocolate (white chocolate doesn’t count!). Giving back is also important to me, whether it’s donating meals, blankets, or wheelchairs to those in need.

I grew up in Southern California and graduated with my Associate of Arts Degree in 1992. I have worked in the insurance industry since 1997. I was the President of the Clark County Association of Health Underwriters in 2018 – 2019. I am currently the Secretary of the Nevada State Association of Health Underwriters.

I love educating clients. Helping them understand the importance of insurance and making a true difference in the lives of our clients and their families is rewarding. In my own time, you can find me reading, volunteering, and doing what I can to help shape children’s future for success. I love to spend quiet time at home reading or just taking a drive with my husband.

I grew up in Gainesville (Go Gators!) and Tampa, Florida for the first 18 years of my life.  Went to Emory and lived in Atlanta for about 10 years and have lived in the Kansas City area for 25 years. I started at UNUM as a sales rep and worked for a half dozen leading group benefits companies like Standard, Delta Dental, and CIGNA.  I spent the last 14 years at Leslie Saunders serving airport-based businesses. I love working with small and medium-sized businesses where they don’t have all the benefits, compliance, and administrative resources of large organizations because we can impact the lives of the employees and the business owner’s bottom line.

Personally, I am interested in almost everything but not really a specialist in anything.  I mostly love to learn about the people I meet. I am a very good home cook – totally improv with whatever we have on hand. When not working, I am probably hanging out with my family.

I was born and raised right here in Las Vegas. I’m here to help with all lines of insurance coverage. I started out in Life and Health, moved to Commercial, then Personal Lines, and now I’m back in Life and Health! I have been in Personal Lines for almost 6 years now, and I absolutely love it!

What excites me most about my work is being able to help families make sure they are insured correctly, so in case of a loss, we know they are fully covered! I also enjoy getting to know our clients.

I really enjoy spending time with my family. We love going out and having fun adventures on the weekends. However, when we get the chance, we enjoy binge-watching some Netflix! I later served in management for 15+ years in countless fields such as the restaurant and medical industry. In that amount of time, I received a good amount of certificates and licenses. My most recent certification was my insurance licensing in various states across the country.

My experience in the insurance industry started in Voluntary Benefits, where I served as an Account Manager and a Benefits Counselor, for companies such as Aflac and Colonial Life, for over three years. Currently, my role is Business Development Representative in Account Management and Sales with The Conley Financial Group location of Branch Insurance Group. Assisting clients with their own unique needs is what excites me the most about the work.

When I’m not working, it’s all about my family. Every weekend I attempt a family outing to create lasting memories. I also enjoy cooking, and I’m always looking for new recipes while adding my unique flavor. My customers probably don’t know about my love for interior design!

I grew up between Mexico (Chihuahua) and the United States (Las Vegas). At the age of 3, I left the US to be cared for by my maternal grandmother, and at the age of 14, I came back to finish my secondary and high school. I go back home every year when possible. I started my career in the Insurance industry in 1992 as a file clerk and moved up quickly to Sales and Underwriting. I love to help find all those extra savings and discounts, but I am mostly concerned about how insurance is needed and having the proper coverage.

Personally, I really enjoy the outdoors, and every so often, I drive out to CA to enjoy the beach. My guilty pleasure is in my kitchen. I love to cook and try new recipes to enjoy. I’m definitely not a picky eater. I spend my weekends in my garden, riding my bike, or possibly on my paddleboard, depending on the weather.  I’m very active and can’t stay still.

Hi, I’m Alex, Account Coordinator here at Branch Insurance Group. While I grew up in the Bay Area of California and later moved to Las Vegas for high school, my professional journey has brought me to the exciting and ever-evolving world of insurance.

Though my experience in the industry is still growing, I’ve quickly developed a deep appreciation for the impact we can have on people’s lives. Every day, I’m learning more about the intricacies of coverage and how to best support our clients—and that’s what fuels me. I’m especially passionate about helping clients understand the policies available to them and making sure they feel informed, confident, and protected. Insurance can seem overwhelming, but I take pride in breaking it down and guiding clients through it with clarity and care.

What I love most about my role is the opportunity to build trust with the people we serve. Whether it’s answering a quick question or helping someone secure coverage for their home, car, or business, I know that even small interactions can make a big difference in someone’s peace of mind.

Outside of the office, I’m a dedicated mom and find joy in spending time with my kids—teaching them, exploring new places, and just being present. They’re my inspiration and my reason for striving to make a meaningful impact in everything I do.

Fun fact: I have a guilty pleasure for online shopping—especially when it comes to tracking down deals or finding cool, unique items. It’s my way of unwinding after a busy day.
